For the vast majority of Home Net customers, the Internet provider changeover, from Lumen to Cogent, will take place over the span of three nights, March 1 through 3, 2021, beginning at 1:00 am each night.
While the transition should be seamless for most, some might need to reboot their routers after the changeover. If that does not work, please call 610-683-5722, and a Home Net staff member will be available to answer your calls, beginning at 6:00 am, on those dates.
Customers with Static IP Addresses:
A Home Net representative will reach out to you to with your new Static IP Address.
Customers with Digital Phone Service:
A Home Net representative will reach out to you to switch your number to the new circuit and verify that it works.
